Microsoft 365 for businesses

Set up Microsoft 365 so your team can work with it

Nexora Digital helps Swiss SMEs introduce Microsoft 365 and maintain an existing environment. We clarify users, licences, email and file storage, plan the setup and support your team as they start using the tools. Scope, responsibilities and ongoing assistance are agreed together.

Personal collaboration from Dietikon for companies throughout Switzerland.

The tools are available. The shared way of working still needs organising.

New employees need access, Outlook needs to work with company email, and files need to reach the right people. Yet businesses often lack a clear view of licences, administrative responsibilities and where to use Teams, SharePoint or OneDrive. We review the current setup and agree what needs configuring, transferring and explaining.

What you have after the setup

Documented user administration

Users, assigned licences and responsible people are documented. Agreed steps guide employee arrivals and departures.

A planned transition

Email and data transfers are prepared with an agreed scope, backup approach, test and changeover date.

A clear filing structure

Your team knows where to keep personal working files and shared documents, and how to share them with the intended people.

A contact for everyday questions

Employees receive an introduction and an agreed contact channel for questions about the applications covered.

Common questions about Microsoft 365

Can you support our existing Microsoft 365 environment?

We start by reviewing your environment, existing licences and current support arrangements. We then agree which tasks to take on and what access or coordination with your current provider is needed.

How are existing emails and files transferred?

We first check the source system, data volume, required content and available access. We use this to prepare a migration plan covering backups, a test, the agreed changeover date and subsequent checks. The content and devices included are defined before implementation.

Which licences do we need, and are they included in the quote?

That depends on the applications required, user numbers and your existing environment. We clarify the needs together. Microsoft licences and our setup and support services are listed separately in the quote, each with its own scope.

Who receives administrative access and can share files?

You choose the responsible people. We agree administrative roles, user permissions, sharing and multifactor sign-in with you, and document responsibilities. Access needed for the setup and its subsequent administration are explicitly agreed.

Do you help our employees get started?

An introduction can be included in the agreed scope. We work through your tasks, such as handling email in Outlook, organising Teams meetings or storing and sharing documents. The handover records the ways of working chosen for your team.

How is ongoing support arranged?

We agree the applications covered, responsible people, contact channels and available support hours. The handling of urgent requests and additional work is also clarified in advance. This makes it clear what assistance is covered by your agreement.

How does your team work with email and files today?

Tell us about your current setup, approximate user numbers and main open questions. Together we will define the next step for setup, migration or ongoing support.
